How password reset works
- Enter your email and click Send reset link.
- Open the email from ExpenseBuddy and click the secure link.
- Choose a new password on the reset screen.
- Sign in with your new password.
Didn’t get the email?
Ask IT to allowlist our domain and ensure links aren’t stripped by security tools. Then request the link again.
Submit the form again with the correct email. For security, we don’t reveal whether an email exists.

Security best practices
